Municipal Ordinance No. 238-95

In Las Piñas, they implemented the city ordinance No. 238-95, series of 1995. This is an ordinance that prohibits litter like garbage, refuse, waste materials, remnants, human and animal excrement, animal cadavers. It is also stated in the ordinance that elementary and high school students are given the right to give tickets to those who violated the said rule. The good part is that, they are granted 25% share from the amount that the violator needs to pay. During situations like going to wet markets you could use an alternative container for your goods by using tupperwares, glass can jars, silicon containers and stainless steels. This tools could lessen the use of plastics because it could be easily hold the products and it is more stronger than plastics and lastly it could be just washed to be reused later on.
